Security Planning Insurance today announced the launch of a new business unit, Child Care Insurance Professionals focusing exclusively on the child care businesses, businesses providing early education to young children and private schools of all kinds throughout the country. The company will be headquartered in Salt Lake City and its first regional office was opened three months prior to the launch in Los Angeles.
"Our business in the day care and child care industry to date has been great for our agency. We took a look at the market for the next 10 years and we think we see good growth and opportunities", said Patrick Treend (pronounced Trend) President and owner of Security Planning Insurance. "We believe by having a focus on a specific market niche we can provide better service and become an important resource to businesses and their owners."
"Our goal is to be a valued resource. We are hiring some people who have worked in the industry to bring a greater awareness to the issues and the needs of this unique market. We have also hired a business professional who for the past seven months has been engaged in understanding this market segment in States where we have not done business and who has developed strategies where we can be of service beyond insurance for this market niche."

Treend would not provide their projected first year sales in this new venture, but he said they are being realistic with their expectations but aggressive in their pursuit of new clients.
